US$2 billion Loan Participation Note Programme
Ukrsibbank launched its Loan Participation Note Programme, with an initial drawdown of US$250 million. Law Debenture provides corporate services to the issuer (lender), Ukrainian MTN Finance Plc. This is the latest in a series of mandates won by Law Debenture to provide services to issuing vehicles set up under prgrammes to lend into banks and other institutions in Eastern Europe.
