Law Debenture appointed as trustee for new bond issue
£300 million 5.375% Notes due 2014.
We have been appointed as trustee for this new bond, issued under Cadbury's £5 billion EMTN Programme. The Notes are guaranteed by Cadbury Holdings Ltd, and Cadbury Schweppes Investments plc.
