Law Debenture appointed as trustee for new EMTN Programme
€ 4 billion EMTN Programme.
£500 million 2.375% Fixed Rate Guaranteed Notes due 2011.
We have been appointed as trustee for this new EMTN Programme. The first issue under the Programme has the benefit of a guarantee by The Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury.
