£187,873,000 10% Notes due 2014
We have been appointed as trustee for a new Note issue: Noteholders have an Exchange Offer to exchange at par existing 6% Notes due 2011 for a combined offer of cash and the new 2014 Note. The Notes are guaranteed by Carlton Communications Ltd.
