Law Debenture appointed as security trustee
£225 million credit facilities
We have been appointed as security trustee in relation to this loan facility for Helios Towers. The lenders include IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. HTN provides and builds a network of telecommunications towers throughout Nigeria, and leases space on the towers to wireless telecommunications service providers.
