Our Successor Trustee services in the US are especially geared for workouts, reorganisations, refinancings, conflicts and default/bankruptcy situations. As a truly un-conflicted Successor Trustee, we can alleviate a conflict (i.e. Trust Indenture Act, Investment Company Act of 1940, Lending), or any other perceived conflict of an existing trustee.
